1、 Accuracy class:

b. Basic dynamic rated load (c): the so-called basic dynamic rated load refers to the maximum load of a batch of linear guide pairs with the same specification, under the condition of equal load direction and size, after running for 50km, when the raceway surface of 90% linear slide rails does not produce fatigue damage (peeling or pitting). The rated life of the linear guide rail pair using steel ball as rolling element is 50km under the basic dynamic rated load.
c. Basic static rated load (CO): the so-called basic static rated load refers to the static load when the total permanent deformation of the ball and raceway surface is exactly one ten thousandth of the ball diameter at the contact surface under the maximum stress under the condition of equal load direction and size.
It is worth mentioning that the linear guide pair with two rows of Goethe structure can bear the force and torque in all directions, and it is widely used in light or medium load applications, especially when the lateral force load is large. The linear guide rail with four row circular arc structure is widely used in heavy load or overweight load applications, and the circular arc type has the ability to absorb the assembly surface error.
